MadaTrader Clients Deposit Funds

Important Information

The source of funds must come from the account applicant him/herself. No third party fund transfer will be accepted. There are no exceptions.

Please note you are unable to transfer funds to ODL Securities before you have received confirmation that your account has been opened. Any funds transferred before confirmation will be returned.

Under no circumstances should CASH be paid into any of the following bank accounts. Cash receipts are prohibited under UK Money Laundering regulations.

Fund By Check

Certified, personal, cashier's, official or bank checks will be deposited into your trading account upon receipt. Checks should include the client's name and account number on the memo section of the check. (i.e. John Smith; ID# MA123)

Transfer by Wire

Wire transfers should include the client's name and account number in the reference section of the wire. (i.e. John Smith; ID# MA123).

1. Copy of passport or driver’s licence

2. Copy of a bank statement and utility bill (not mobile phone bill or credit card bill and must be dated within past 3 months)

Please note: all identification must be certified / notarised / translated. Certification can be undertaken by one of the following:

- Qualified Lawyer
- Qualified Notary Public
- Qualified Embassy Official

The certification must be clear, dated and signed 'Original Seen'.

We will also require the contact details (Company Name, Address & Telephone Number) of the person certifying your documentation.

Any identification in a foreign language must be translated / certified / apostilled.

Corporate Account

1. Identification for all Directors (see list above)

2. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation

3. Copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association

4. Copy of the Shareholders List**

5. Copy of the latest Annual Reports & Accounts

**Any shareholder owning more than 20% must also provide identification

Confirmation on headed paper of the authorised traders/signatories

Confirmation of the beneficial owner of company
