Norton

If you use Norton as firewall and have trouble connecting, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Start button and navigate through your Programs. Locate either the Symantec or Norton folder.

2. Launch either the "Personal Firewall" or if that is not listed launch the Internet Security Suite.

3. Navigate to the "Personal Firewall" section of the program.

4. Click on "Personal Firewall", there will be two buttons on the bottom right of the window.

5. Click on the "configure" button and the Program Control window will pop up.

7. Click on "Permit All" next to each of the files listed above. Then click Ok. (If the files above are not listed proceed to step 9)

8. Start your computer after you complete this procedure.

9. Click the "Add" button.

12. At this point a pop up screen will appear asking "What do you want to do?"

13. Click on Permit and then OK.

14. Close the current window.
