Install MT4 Custom Indicator

Unzip the downloaded custom indicator
Move the unzipped file to C:/ Program Files / MetaTrader^† / experts / indicators folder
Launch Meta Trader
Click 'View' -> 'Navigator'
Locate file name in 'Custom Indicators' Window
Drag the indicator onto the chart
